"Better to be on the boat wishing you were diving, than underwater wishing you were on the boat."

HOSE ORGANIZER

Managing stage or bailout cylinders often means dealing with hoses that move around, create drag, or get tangled. Traditional elastic bands work, but they quickly wear out, lose tension, and often leave the setup looking messy.

This simple hose organizer was designed to provide a cleaner, more structured solution. Inspired by similar concepts already used in technical diving, it has been redesigned and produced through 3D printing in PETG-CF (20% carbon-fiber fill).

I try different material (resin, petg, petg-cf) the best compromise is petg-cf fill 20% 3 loop wall.

The result is a part that combines light weight with excellent rigidity and mechanical resistance, ideal for repeated use in saltwater environments.

Unlike rubber or Velcro straps, this organizer:

  • Holds the hoses firmly against the cylinder body.

  • Keeps the SPG visible and aligned for quick checks.

  • Reduces dangling equipment and improves streamlining.

  • Survives exposure to UV, salt, and mechanical stress without losing its properties.

Its design is intentionally minimal: no moving parts, no wear-prone elastic, just a rigid frame that guides and secures the hoses in place. This makes it a reliable alternative for divers who value order and efficiency in their configuration.
